GENERAL HOUSE POINTS RULES
points given/taken by prefects, headboy/girl, professors, head of houses and the headmaster's office
You are allowed to express your mind freely in HOL, as long as you don’t
personally attack anyone. Remember that HOL is a big community and
misunderstandings are frequent. If you feel hurt by someone’s post, pm, or
mail, please take time to talk about it with the person involved. You can
even ask a neutral student or professor to help you solve things by talking
on mIRC for example. Communication is the most important thing in HOL, and
it can solve many conflicts.
| Forum Contest Award |
Awards, announced in the HOL Forum, such as HP trivia questions. Those contests are announced randomly by any Head of House or the Headmaster's Office staff only, and just those students who are currently in the Forum might have a chance to take part. Asking the professors for setting up a new award, falls under the Annoyance rule! |
